Ruta Gabalis Integrative Therapy

I was alway a little sceptical of these sort of things but I entered into this with an open mind. It has been one of the best experiences I have had. Ruta is so calm and is very relaxing. Everything is explained so carefully and respectfully. I have had some fantastic results from the manipulation. Some of the pains I have suffered from for years have been removed. My eating plan is simple to follow and have lost some weight even though it is not a diet plan but a chance for you body to heal itself. I would encourage anyone to go to Ruta and try it for yourself. She is a wonderful lady and will really help you.

I never write reviews, but I couldn't not on here. I have came to see Ruta for Bowen Therapy due to having back pain that was ruining my day to day life. Since coming to see her she has also treated me, for other illnesses, with Iridology (which I'd never heard of before). It's amazing to see what you can learn about your body through your eyes. I have also had a session of Hypnotherapy (which I i wasn't at all sure about) and this was very successful. I highly recommend Ruta. She has a wealth of knowledge like I've never known anyone to have. She is extremely professional and welcoming and really listens to you. You would never get this undivided, specialist treatment at a GP surgery.

Ruta has guided me and assisted to help improve my health. At each stage she has discussed avenues and options. I have seen improvement, feel I have more energy and control over my health issues following Rutas professional recommendations. My blood pressure has improved and I feel overall that Im heading in the right direction with Ruta continuing to assist me. I am lucky to have such a caring and knowledgeable therapist and recommend thoroughly.

Couldnt recommend this lady enough. Shes literally saved my life, not just my life my marriage too. You can talk at your own pace with as much or little detail as you want. Ruta has helped me over come so much In such little time. My only recommendation is to be open to follow the process. Put the work in because it does pay off. I started here and couldnt see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now my mind is clear Im worthy for a happy and bright future. Thank you so much for being a listening ear. Ruta was amazing at helping me cope with my anxiety. She listened, understood and demonstrated that it can be beaten and achieved with the right guidance. Her professionalism is what attracted me to choosing her to become my therapist. Her methods in which helps me cope and manage the anxiety on a daily basis and one day will vanish. For 6 years I have been silently let the anxiety eat away at me and now that I found Ruta, I would recommend her to anyone that needs help and be sure youre getting the right learning sessions.
