FROG London Hairdressing Ltd

I just started going here as I moved to the area recently. Noel has cut my hair twice and both times I have loved it! He does an excellent blow dry too. I attended a party after having my hair done the first time and it lasted all day, with many people commenting on how great my hair looked. Im a new regular and wish to recommend this salon to others.

All 4 males from my family go for a haircut only to Noel. We are sometimes ready to wait for 2-3 weeks, but not compromise on quality. My wife dyes her hair there too.

Noel and his team are fantastic willing to go to the extreme to meet your needs, very friendly and a warm welcome when you arrive.

I was a regular customer at FROG until ten months ago when I turned up for an appointment on time, only to be left waiting for an hour while the stylist cut another customers hair, generally pottered around the shop, spent time gossiping to her former colleague, before disappearing to buy some milk. No apology or explanation offered. After posting a negative review, the owner responded with an online apology and offer of free hair cut - arguably to appear in a good light to people reading these reviews. I never took up this offer. Why? Because even though I walk past this salon every day, even though they have my telephone number, nobody from FROG has ever had the decency to speak to me in person and explain why I was left waiting for an hour.
