Alan & Claire are lovely they have a lovely selection of before and after pictures. However the laser hair treatment did not work at all for my male pattern boldness. Nowhere near the before and after pics I was shown.

After 3 months of chunks of hair were falling I went to the clinic for help.Alan was nice, approachable, he listen to me and my symptoms, and went through all that he could provide to help me. All the support , the follow up in every treatment is amazing. Its not just a business, is a part of caring for the person wellbeing. Just after a couple of months following all the instructions, I notice that gradually my hair stopped falling as much. A good clinic , amazing Alan and Claire. I cant thank you enough to give me back my confidence.

I went to a few different clinics but found Essex Hair Loss Clinic the right clinic for me. Alan and Claire were both very friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. Alan gave so much good advice as to why I may have lost my hair over the years and spoke to me at great length over numerous appointments about the different options I could take. Nothing was forced upon, the decisions were solely mine. I decided to go for a hair transplant to sort my receding hairline. Alan gave me lots of advice and spoke to me about what I was to expect. I have now had my surgery and I'm on day 11 and I can still say it was the best thing I decided to do. On the day of surgery, I was very nervous, but the doctors were very friendly and put me at ease. I decided with the doctor what my new hair line would be, they shaved the back part of my hair away which I did find a bit daunting but I'm on day 11 and the hair is already starting to grow back. I then had the anaesthetic put in my head. It was painful but also bearable. They do the anaesthetic 3 times and after the first round of numbing you can't really feel the injections. Once my head was numb at the front and at the back, they started to take the hair follicles which wasn't painful and then after a while they were put on my forehead where my new hair line would be. This was a long process, and the procedure takes around 6 hours but for me it was definitely worth it. My hair at the back has started to grow back and the final few scabs at the front have now come off and I can see my new hair. I am so pleased with it. I have a follow up appointment in a few weeks with Alan to check in and make sure everything is going to plan which I really appreciate as I can talk things over with him as well as get his professional opinion on how he feels my transplant is progressing. I suffered for a long time with my hair loss, and I only wish that I had done this sooner.

Couldn't fault the service. Helpful and factual about why I was loosing my hair and the treatment that would take place. Easy, no hassle treatment and happy with the results.

I have found the treatment and advice l have received from this clinic really works, and my hair is starting to get thicker. So l would really recommend them.
