I've had nothing short of 5 star service! I ordered the 14inch Wavey Clip Ins in Ash Blonde and I'm obsessed! I've never been an extensions girl so I was apprehensive of how they would look. The quality is amazing for the price. The colour match is so accurate. The shipping and service was very fast. The extensions mix in with my natural hair and so many options of styles online. They also seem to have discount codes so you can always get some money off your order. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I really didnt want to do this but I dont know how else to get an answer from you. I have been hounded for months by a debt collection company who are chasing me for a large amount of money for shipping costs from Ireland to the UK. I have called and repeatedly emailed Easilocks who have confirmed that the money was not due and that they would sort it, but I am still being chased. Please please can you contact Fed-ex and confirm that this has been dealt with. I have attached a photo of the confirmation from you from January which states that the money is not owed by me but Fed-Ex and the debt collection company are clearly not getting the message. The amount of time that this has taken, and your failure to respond to my emails is unacceptable.

Shocking! I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the hair. Ponytails are too thin. Not full enough and look rather odd. Returning due to bad quality is an absolute nightmare. Customs now make it hard to return and it costs so much. I send two ponytails back within the time fram with all the correct paperwork only to find 2 weeks later they were returned to me by customs. I followed the steps on the website and paperwork and and now massively out of pocket and still waiting for a reply by email as to why this has happened!!!

I bought 4 ponytails because I wasn't sure of what length or colour I wanted knowing I was going to send 3 back. I went for the shorter one... I loved the hair piece and I would recomend them if it was just based on the hair alone however I had to pay almost 20 quid to send them back and im so glad I kept my receipt... they received my return on 14th December so they should have processed my return but they didn't... I emailed them at the begining of Jan and they asked for the tracking number (probably hoping that I lost my receipt) if I didn't have the tracking number I would of lost the 3 pony's, the money I paid for them and the postage. So now iv just received my money over a month after they received it. I was happy with the hair it made me feel like a new woman, I'd did get knotted quickly but most do but if you do buy from them just make sure you keep your receipt if you send anything back.
