        The worst gym I have ever been to. The floor is always dirty. The weights are in an utterly shocking condition. Machinery is primitive and outdated. It is overpriced and some of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The people who have good reviews are only doing so for brownie points from their friends. Take your money elsewhere, cant wait to leave this gym.

        I had just moved to the area and checked out this gym. WOW....it literally has every bit of equipment you can imagine. Atmosphere is really motivating and everyone seems so friendly and helpful. Protein shakes are unreal and very addictive after a workout. Great Gym I will be training here for many years to come

        Best gym in the area. Friendly and very helpful staff and personal trainers. With all the equipment required for a workout of any kind even at peak times. Food, supplements and even an independent affordable clothing brand should you forget your gym kit or need an upgrade.
