We had fantastic service from Sam and his team from start to finish. Could not fault the organisation and the telephone call post service was much appreciated.

Awful treatment by this company when it comes to payment. They sent the bill (which is in my name) for my fathers grave stone to my elderly mothers house, despite my telling them multiple times over the phone and via email that it should come to my address (per the original paperwork I signed) because I do not live nearby and my mother is unable to deal with it herself. Then they have the cheek to send a threatening letter from credit control because the payment was late - but they also sent this to the WRONG address, so there was a nearly 2 week delay before I got it! The bill is also more expensive than agreed (and I have provided them with the original signed paperwork to prove it). Dealing with the death of a loved one is upsetting enough, without having this additional and unnecessary stress.
