Bloomin Jacks

I am so grateful to Bloomin Jacks for providing such beautiful flowers for my recent event. I have used them for a number of years to purchase flowers as gifts or general flowers at home and they are always such a high standard and put together with style and always something that little bit different. This was my first time purchasing for an event and I was not disappointed. I received great customer care and was listened to regarding my requirements, colour scheme etc. The flowers were exceptional and exactly what I wanted but better! Delivery was on time and all for a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend Bloomin Jacks whether its a simple bunch of flowers or flowers for a huge event. You will be hard pushed to find anyone better!

We wanted to use Bloomin Jacks for our wedding flowers as they were a local business. They failed to turn up one Sunday for our appointment and did the same the following Sunday. Having wasted time two Sundays in a row is extremely frustrating. Each time we received no warning they wouldn't be there and have yet to hear anything from them since being let down this morning. Shocking customer service and complete disregard for people's time. No idea how they have built a business with this attitude. Obviously wouldn't recommend, there are plenty of other places with half decent customer service.

We purchased a bouquet over the phone for an employee, however soon realised we had been charged TWICE for the transaction. After several attempts to get through, Jack finally calls back & promises to refund us by the following day & that an email confirmation would be provided. A week has now passed, and after further multiple emails/ telephone calls (again, to no avail) we still have NO REFUND OR RESPONSE! We are now having to go through the huge inconvenience of disputing the transaction with our company bank to try get back what we are owed, even though this was an error on their part! So to summarise- nice enough flowers, but appalling customer service, non-existent communication & cannot be trusted. Would not recommend, nor would we ever use again.
