Unfortunately it came from China and took a while, but we were kept informed every step of the way, and e-mails were answered extremely quickly. My Solar PV Inverter failed. GEE visited, tested it to make sure it was the inverter that had failed. They sent it back to the manufacturer under warrantee and then returned with the replacement and fitted it. No effort at all on my part at all. They knew what they were doing and simply made the problem go away. What more could I ask? They left the installation looking neat and tidy (better than it was). Then they took the inverter packaging away with them. Leaving no mess, dust or anything for us to clean up. Throughout the process they kept me informed and made me feel like a valued customer. I would throughly recommend them and will be happy to use their services again in the future.

Mark and the team have been superb from the beginning. He was honest and communicative during the proposal stage, worked hard to secure us the panels and battery kit during a supply crunch and his team of installers were polite, courteous and capable. Highly recommended.
