53 for two coats and had to pay in advance. Went somewhere else and hey charged 24 for both!!

Completely over charges. I would never go back here. There are a few dry cleaners in Brentwood that do a fantastic job so no need to pay the extra. I was absolutely disgusted how much extra he was asking for. Just greedy. I wish I could select no stars!

The bloke really overcharges. I had never done a dry clean for a curtain before and went to this shop because it is my local one, an obvious choice for me. When he told me it was going to cost 90 for the pair I was shocked but naively believed it would be the rate and agreed with it. He made me pay all in advance too. Three hours later, I called the shop to cancel the order because I had found out from other places it would cost me no more than 35 to have it done (obviously I should have done my research before hand, my mistake). Unfortunately the bloke told me he had already started the job. I asked him why he was overcharging me and he started to shout at me on the phone and never answered my question, I had to put the phone down. Following day I went to pick the curtains up and told him I still would like an answer for my question but again he got really nasty and told me lots of stuff that did not justify such price. I asked for his price per kilo, pound or meter (my curtains weigh 3.2 kilos or 7 pounds) but yet he couldnt give me a straight answer. In the end he said his price was 10 per pound (other places at 3.50) plus 20 on top because it needed extra treatment, which again he couldnt explain exactly what that was for. The good thing about this sad situation is that it was a wake up call for me to be more aware of dishonest people, like this bloke, ripping clients off with no shame.

This outfit blatantly, unashamedly, vastly overcharge for dry cleaning. They also, for some unknown reason, insist on taking money up front and cash payment only! In a word .. AVOID!
