The New Surgery

I have been registered in this surgery for almost two years and I havent had any problems and I am very satisfied with the staff and my doctor

What a shambles! Got an appointment after a whole month, got to the surgery on time. Waited over 20mins in a queue to get checked in. Only to get to the counter and be told I cannot be seen because my time slot has gone. Absolutely joke and waste of peoples time! That's why people die unnecessarily. Due to your broken checking system patients a being penalised and not getting seen. Do us all a favor and close that surgery.

Updated review. 2023. FIX YOUR E CONSULT FORM. ITS BEEN DOWN FOR MONTHS!!!! I have never been met with such rude staff in my life. Called up after 2pm when I got a break at work to ask to talk to a doctor about my depression. And was told by a receptionist you have to call back tomorrow. I asked her if theres anyway I could today because I was struggling and she cut me off and said I said you need to call back tomorrow. So I asked do you not even want to know what mental state Im in and was told no. Theres no due care at all. The jumped up receptionists think they are sudo doctors. Disgusting service. Ive been with this surgery for 9 years and they have only got worse. Cant make an order for repeat prescriptions over the phone anymore. Need to log on to the site. Told them I dont have log in details and was asked to call back tomorrow. Why? Why not help now. I know Im rambling but people need to know what this place is like. The doctors as always are amazing when you get to see them. EVERYTHING else is a shambles. If you can. Just avoid.

One Star pending affirmation A utterly inadequate service, which is not digital nor new. They lose communications, and are overrun by patients. This surgery does not listen and overlooks health trouble. Thus is dangerous.
