        Hillary and Louise made my visit to Argos very pleasant as I had an issue with my kettle which they were only too happy to assist with the replacement off. Their professionalism, care and duty was impeccable and I was very pleased that they were sensitive to my needs as a mother who needed a kettle to make bottles for my 6 month old daughter. Very happy.

        bought an xbox controller with a 2 year warranty online, went to go collect and was told i had to be 18 to get the warranty, even though i had already paid. ??? asked if i would get a refund and was responded to with in what respect. staff are rude
