Talbot Dental Care

Took my almost 15 year old daughter for a private appointment as she had 1 baby k9 missing, but the adult tooth hadn't come through and on the other side the k9 still had a baby tooth present. I took her specifically to check that she had the adult teeth present & if there were any issues & was assured the adult teeth were there. Some 10 months later I took her for a brace consultation elsewhere only to find that the side where she still has the baby tooth, the adult k9 is impacted in the roof of her mouth and requires lengthy treatment. Upon speaking to this dentist to find out why this wasn't seen at the time of our appointment, I was told they only fully x-rayed one side of her mouth!! Total waste of money, when the sole purpose of this paid visit was to check these teeth! 10 months of treatment time wasted, useless!!

We joined Talbot House Dental when we moved to Shenfield 13 years ago. Over the years we have had nothing but first class attentive and friendly service from John the dentist along with Jenny the receptionist and the rest of the team. Over the years we have had regular routine treatment along with the odd need for an urgent appointment. Treatment has always been excellent John knows what he is doing and is very very thorough every visit. We have never been let down when we have needed urgent appointments and messages are always returned promptly by Jenny. This gives great peace of mind. We have recently over the last year started to see the hygienist who is also excellent. . This team really care and and we are fortunate to have found such a professional practice. Highly recommended.

Excellent dentist with first class treatment. Ive been a patient of Johns for over 15 years now and would not wish to go elsewhere, despite the considerable distance I drive to see him as I am no longer local to the area. I am a nervous patient, but John has always gone out his way to ensure I am at ease and I trust him implicitly making each visit almost a pleasure! Can not recommend highly enough!
