My company was having trouble collecting an outstanding debt that had been owed for a number of months. I contacted Craig to see if he could help with this. Although this wasn't a particularly easy case for Craig I'm sure, he dealt with everything in a very professional manner, kept me informed at all times and offered advice when the customer didn't respond. I have now got a payment plan firmly in place. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company to anyone who wants to get there outstanding invoices paid promptly and will be using them again in the future should the situation arise.

I've been working with Craig over the last couple of months and can say he's a pleasure to work with! Communication is great as he keeps you updated with every step along the way. Craig has helped our company collect or arranged payment plans to pay off outstanding invoices which we thought would be bad debt. Would recommend using Credit Control Management Services!
