        Went to pick up new recycling bags, gentleman on the door very helpful got them for me and asked if we needed anything else.

        Lazy on street litter and vermin and use the excuse of private land owners cannot gain access due to lazy street cleaners, High Street very dirty . high Council tax for little service and no street lighting after 12.
