Together Dental

I used their Wellingborough Practice. Took too much off one of my teeth to do a filling.Then they could not get a filling to stay in because of their incompetence! I put in a official complaint. Three months later - nothing! I.contacted them. One extremely rude member of staff contacted me and advised TOUGH! The Dentist had left and it was nothing to do with them and slammed the phone down. I complained. Now I am told all their Dentists are self employed- they are not liable. Well perhaps they should not lead their patients to believe they are employed by them! It's false misrepresentation. Today I received a letter allegedly from the Dentist who did the filling. It was not on headed paper - anyone could have typed it.! They claim extraction is the only action .Well Together Dental I have had a 2nd opinion from another practice and I have THREE alternatives. And not one of them is extraction! They are a total disgrace! AVOID ! A bunch of cowboys! Are any of them actually.Dentists?

Sonia based at the head office has managed to resolve an ongoing issue I had for 5 months after only speaking to her for 1 week. She went above and beyond to make sure to keep me updated at each step of the way. Excellent customer service :)

I had to fill in a form before I could see the dentist this form showed my credit card details I did not put my credit card on the form I was concerned how Together Dental had access to my details I telephoned head office in Brentwood. I was told I would be called back to date no response.

After an accident & a horrific time with implants, I neglected my dental care. But after a visit to together dental they put my mind at rest & the work they done for me is totally amazing. I am so happy with the service I received & the look I know have. Would highly recommend to anyone this practice.

I've never had such a bad experience as I have had at Ipswich.Instead of savings people's teeth you are destroying them.Ive waited months for a hospital referral but the hospital has written to me STATING as the information completed by your dentist is incomplete !!!!!
