        Soulless place. Other than paydesk on ground floor there never seem to be any staff around. 1st floor paydesk is unmanned. Plenty of books, cards, stationary stuff on display but you will queue to buy them. Unfortunately the pathetic service levels from the in-house Post Office seem to have tainted the whole place.

        Your staff are rude. Today I visited the pay in money at the travel money counter. The lady there stated that because I didnt put up the notes the right way around she will have a queue. I explained there was no queue behind me she then enquired if I had counted and I said I think theres . And she replied well I could tell you any amount couldnt I. Well no actually because you are on a change counter and I expect you not to de fraud people especially when you have a note counting machine.. she worked today on the counter saw her about 20 minutes ago!
