        Wow, Rays Bakes went above and beyond to make a cake for my sisters surprise 40th birthday yesterday! Cake looked stunning and tasted Absolutely divine! ! My sister loved it and so did all of the guests. The level of service and communication was excellent right up to the night before the party to keep me informed of progress and timings etc . There can always be an issue sometimes of a cake looking fantastic in the photos and yet not tasting as good as it looks when it comes to the crunch! However this cake tasted just as good as it looked ! the sponge was so light and the buttercream not to over sweet - it was just perfect - The chocolate covered strawberries with gold leaf are amazing. I highly recommend Rays Bakes -and will be back again soon! Thank you
