The Electric Bike Shop Brentwood

I arrived with a flat tyre not hopeful of assistance. After a positive and smiling welcome to the shop (what?) the guys not only impressed me by their positivity and "can do" attitude, but I was treated to some excellent maintenance advice as we chatted and told to come back in a half hour and the problem would be fixed. It was. ~To receive such excellent customer service these days is an unusual thing. I now know where my next bike will be purchased from and where I will have my current bike serviced. Today I met three very personable and friendly people in one place - you guys deserve the 5+++ star rating, thank you. Keep up the excellent work !!! p.s. The shop has a lovely large selection of new electric bikes for sale too. I guess that's a blatant hint. :-)

Massive thank you to Nigel the mechanic and Dan for all the support! First time buying a electric bike and bike come fully built with guidance on how to operate and all features explained very clearly. Highly recommend popping in for all bike needs very helpful and friendly!!!

We had looked at several shops and loads of websites but as soon as we walked into this shop we knew it was the best we had seen and been to . Fabulous service , very knowledgeable and great service . This shop is the whole package . Thank you

I am pleased to be a customer of this excellent business. I needed an electric bike for the Ride London bike ride and they found me a top quality e-cycle which absolutely does the business. Knowledgeable sales people always help and the cycle selected proved to be just right. I have just come back from riding 80 miles with 25% of the battery left. And a top speed for the day of 33.5 mph. I would recommend anyone in the Brentwood and wider area to solve their electric bike issues in this shop. You will not be disappointed.
