I needed an emergency prescription & did this via the 111 website. The team there got this sorted so I had my insulin hours later. They were so helpful & I cannot thank the team enough. Fantastic service x

Used for getting prescription. Half an hour wait which was fine. Staff very helpful answering questions on ordering medicines etc. Long queue.

Yesterday I popped up to the shop to buy some skin facial products as a gift to a friend, I was in a kind of hurry with my baby in the pushchair. When I chose No7 I was expecting a gift bag but the salesperson told me they can not do a gift bag which was surprisingly difficult for me to pop into another shop and buy a bag. Grace who was there noticed what happened and quickly came over and told to her colleague politely actually they have both bag and box and brought them quickly and wrapped my things onside. That was a wonderful experience again I gained with Boots beauty line .thanks Grace who made my day.

I think this place is brilliant. The only issue is there is not a lot of staff helping people. The pharmacy is brilliant when sick they do it quick and all their medication makes me feel better!
