        Waxing was great; however, my 'turn back time' facial was poor and for 50, I expected more! The person carrying out the facial didn't speak to me except to say hello, and no explanation of what she was doing at any point or what products were being used. The products didn't smell great either. The 60 minute facial as far as I could tell was 35 mins of massaging my chest and face (I didn't pay for a massage!) and the rest actually working on the facial. 10 mins was when the facialist applied something to my face and left the room without a word.... When I had this removed with sponges, it was rough and left residue on my face which I took off when I got home. Also, and I know this can't always be helped, but the facialist's hands were freezing! Which really didn't make the experience very comfortable. Also, I was heavily pregnant and didn't receive any extra offer of comfort while in the room. Not the best experience here. :(
