I went to see Gemma as a very nervous client without eyebrows. She put me completely at ease and talked me through the whole process. She was happy to answer any questions during and during my aftercare. She completed my top up shortly afterwards. I can honestly say Ive never been happier with my eyebrows! I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I first met Gemma when she was training for her PMU eyebrow course . I was one of her models . I had quite thin , uneven brows which were hardly noticeable , having plucked them away in my teens. Gemma sorted them out for me , matching the colour and topping up where necessary at the second appointment . I now have lovely, even thicker brows which make such a difference to the way I look and I no longer have to pencil in the gaps . When Gemma did the Lip Blush course I had no hesitation booking in again Gemma is just lovely, instantly puts you at ease , very professional and such a perfectionist at what she does . Gemma is fantastic. From the word go I knew I was in safe hands letting her tattoo my overplucked 90s eyebrows. It was my first time so I was a bit scared but I neednt have been. Gemma talked through the procedure with me, saw photos of how Id like my eyebrows and how I filled them in with makeup. She really listened. This procedure can be a little sore but Gemma used numbing cream to help with that. She did a bit microblading so it was more ombr. I love my new eyebrows , no looking back! I didn't know i needed new brows but omg i love my brows now! I have never done anything with my brows just over plucked them so i didn't have a clue what i needed/wanted. From looking at Gemma's pervious work i was very impressed so booked a consultation. Right from the start to end Gemma has talked me thru the shape and procedure and i felt very comfortable and relaxed getting them done. The women is a perfectionist and that's what you want.
