I went to Brentwood and had treatment with Leah, Russian lips. She is the best! She comforts you during the procedure very friendly answered all my question. My lips look amazing better than I imagined. I cant thank her enough.

What an amazing experience I had with Leah she spoke me through the whole procedure made me feel comfortable as I was super nervous but the end result made it all worth it all reception staff are amazing so polite also a eyebrow lady works there shes so good! I couldnt recommend this place any more it speaks for its self!

I was supposed to have a nose threads with Cher. I think it was last month. On the day of my appointment, the threads that she wanted to use didn't work; they were breaking in her hands (because they were cheap quality; they had clearly ordered them from a cheap supplier). She still tried to put them in my nose, but in the end, she didn't do it. Now I have a scar on the tip of my nose because she didn't insert the big cannula/needle properly.I had nose threads twice previously (not with MSTR) and never had any scarring, SO ITS HER FAULT! I'm writing this feedback one m onth later because I was hoping that the scar would be gone but it didn't happen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! MY FRIRND HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND TOLD ME THAT THEIR PHOTOSHOPED HER PICTURES ON INSTAGRAM. I HAVE INFORMED THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND ASKED THEM FOR A FREE TREATMENT TO GET RIDE OF THE SCAR AS ITS THEIR FAULT. I will keep you update with their response, but we all know already what the response will be from" profesional clinic" like this.
