Great venue and staff! Garage Brunch is really amazing, bottomless cocktails and delicious food served , plus great music! Can't lose!

I went here for private event all I can say is that I hope the birthday boy was oblivious to what was going on. I was dancing with my friends when a male coloured bouncer came up behind me and violently grabbed my wrist and started to drag me towards the bar (this was only my second drink) I shouted to him ouch your hurting which to that he just squeezed harder. No words exchanged with this man he just pulled my arm over the bar removed my wrist band ( two bar staff was pulling on the wrist band to get it off) I said to the staff I wanted a refund for my drink as Ive barley touched it they responded you need to talk to the bar manager. So I went over to the female bar manager asked if I could talk to her she didnt even look at me just rolled her eyes well all I can say is what they state on their website is complete utter lie polite, friendly bar staff this is the complete opposite! She walked over to the bar and expected me to shout over the bar to speak to her I explained to her the situation all she could respond to my request is huffing and puffing no we dont do refunds! This women is so rude I dont understand how she can work with the public this place has no customer service and just lack of basic human respect ( Im an 18 year old girl I work and go to college I dont earn that much money they were more than happy to take my money, they just treat you like a DOG!) The women who payed for the private hire brought me a drink the bar manger had go at her?! People at the door was getting turned away because they werent aloud in even though they were invited by the birthday boy! People were getting turned away from buying drink even though they had their IDs and had been scanned at the front door to get in! My friend tried to buy a soft drink and they even refused to let her buy that WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! I felt like I was judge form the moment I entered the building, everytime I went to the toilet a member of staff followed me I was followed with my every move I felt like I was on suicide Watch!!!!! Ive been going out for almost a year every weekend Friday, Saturday I can honestly say Ive never been treated that way before by anyone!!!! They dont know how to communicate with people this is how things get escalated! No wonder that they have had stabbing at this place!!! I believe that the staff at the place need whole attitude adjustment and seriously need to be retrained or this place just need a whole new team!!! If I could put 0 stars I would! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!

The bar manager (female) is very rude! She has no form of customer service, she spoke over me from the Start, she even told me she knows what i am going to say, so in other words i should shut up and not talk. I let her talk and once she was finish i attempted to talk and once again she spoke over me. I feel so disrespected its unreal. I will never be going back here. Your bar manager need customers service training!!! The other bar staff however are very friendly and service with a smile
