        I applied online for a loan to HSBC bank and I was send it to the local branch in Brentwood. Here I was welcomed by a member of the team, a young gentleman named Luke Haralambou. I was impressed by his professional attitude being very helpful and kind trough all the process. Thank you very much Luke for your help, I wish you good luck in your career, you are a great asset for the HSBC BANK.

        No counter service since June 2021. You get the impression as a walking, talking customer that you are an inconvenience. The sole staff member smiles but cannot help you...not because they are inept but because HSBC haven't realised that not everyone wants apps, phone banking etc. If you had a bagful of change to deposit you'd be struggling.They don't handle foreign currency either.... Now what does their TV Advert say about not being an island?? I reckon it will be yet another coffee/sandwich shop within 12 months.

        We were well greeted in reception, and had our requests and issues handled in such a prompt manner, and I couldnt be more glad I came here today to have my issues remedied. A big thank you to Lisa today for the attention and extra effort.

        Lots of self service machines. No counter service anymore when we visited on 15 July 2021. Can still pay cash in but not sure how to pay a bill with cash.
