The lady behind the main counter asked the girl who was serving sandwiches if she was OK with processing this order.
When I got home the sandwich was on brown bread with tomato ketchup.
Due to dietary and health restrictions I cannot eat brown bread and tomato sauce. I was unable to return to the shop due to fatigue.
Thank you Debbie for your reply via DM. I appreciate this was human error which occurred after previously visiting the bakery many times over several years without any issue. Unfortunately the circumstances were not conducive to my returning to the shop in person to discuss this issue with you but I'm happy this has been resolved amicably. I look forward to visiting the bakery again in the near future....
