We have been bringing our cars to Aston Martin Brentwood for service and MOTs for five years. The customer service is genuinely second to none! Friendly, professional, efficient and honest. Wouldnt go anywhere else now. Thoroughly recommended.

Bought a 2020 AM vantage, took it in for a health check at grange Brentwood in July, told it needed a rear suspension arm and completed 4 wheel alignment under warrantee. Purchased a set of project khan alloys, with fitted tyre pressure sensors and winter tires in October and had them fitted, the tire pressure sensors would not register and then the fuel cap froze stuck, 4 weeks later and compressed and wouldnt release in the harsh cold weather. I booked it in, as a road side assist, as i couldnt get fuel in my wife car. AM told my to pour warm water and prise it (this ended up damaging the paint). Grange had the car and repaired the fuel cap under warrantee, I paid for the paint damage (1500) as I felt, regardless of being told, I did it and am responsible for it! I also ask them to remedy the sensor issue. They replaced the sensors and I ask regarding the other sensors, as PK would need to refund the 800, they stated they were popped in the boot! They were not in the car anywhere and AM are refusing to take responsibility for something they have lost as the mechanic is sure he put them in there. This has taken three months to determine AM grange Brentwood will not take responsibility for something they have had and not returned. Project khan will refund when their property is returned, which have not returned to me. I have had to make around 15 calls and sent around 20 emails. Over nearly 3 months. To add insult to injury, it would appear I was asked to sign off on work to be carried out and didnt see they had snuck in four wheel alignment again, at a cost of 200! I love astons and am about to purchase my 101st car. Not from this garage and never to visit them again. Irresponsible, unaccountable and somewhat deceitful. Take care
