I had a very good experience with the purchase of my second hand VW T-ROC at Brentford VW, Claygate. I felt I received a very good trade in for my old car, without having to barter. I was dealt with very professionally by the sales girl, Andrea Estrela. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and not pressured me into buying anything l didnt want. I would recommend this sales girl to any customers who would like to do business at Claygate Brentford. I have everything I asked for thanks to Andrea. I also had some help from her manager, Hamid Jalat. Whey we both excellent in dealing with me and look forward to doing business with me again in the future. Dave Bradbury

Not impressed Before booking the service I asked for the price of an oil service as my car made by the biggest manufacturer in the world was showing this was the service due and required Booked the car in via Web site for a oil service Collection and delivery of the car from a very local address was charged at an extra 25 pounds which is unheard-of when having your car serviced when the labour rates for this brand are the highest in the UK ! Called by dealer to say service completed and cost was 100% more than the price provided by email from the dealer before booking Extra work completed pollen filter with no authorisation being provided from me Advised wiper blades needed replacement on a car that had only covered 1000 miles from new seems like they telling me I need to replace my all of the wiper blades every 1000 miles I have driven my car in all different weather conditions and had no concerns with the safe operation of the vehicles wipers so at miss for replacements Report sent to me saying front and rear brake are 20% worn on a car with 1000 (what brake pads all round needed to be charged every 5000 miles) Over all not great customer services experience from the bigger dealer in the UK The service department is not just there to service your car its way of forming a strong customer experience in your next new car purchasing journey The only bit that seems to be right was the car was washed I think that the response will be the standard copy and paste to every poor customer experience review and feedback (keep you posted )

VW Service Department Sent my vehicle in to get a new key reprogrammed an advised them specifically not to do ECU recall on parking the brake, as the car was remapped and they mess the remap up. They done it anyway by accident and agreed to fix the problem. At this point all was well. They said they had no courtesy vehicle available and to check next week as it was already a Thursday. By next week Monday we got the vehicle to a garage who remapped the vehicle again to what it used to be and was ready to collect the following day Tuesday. Then they refused to give my a courtesy car as my vehicle was ready to collect and the money would clear in a couple of days. So they offered me a free service and I agreed. It took them 5 weeks to pay so I lost my only vehicle for 5 weeks. Missed out on work and spent so much on cabs to get around. I was ringing them 3/4 time a week and they just gave excuses saying its been approved should come in, well check with accounts and the manager again. Alex was very helpful in dealing with the matter and very transparent he also said he would discuss further recompense with his manager for the added delay. When I got my vehicle back finally 5 weeks later the manager said for all the inconvenience and money I spent and lost all they can offer is a 1 free service and 1 fee MOT. Absolutely ridiculous will never use them again.

Before booking the service I asked for the price of an oil service as my car made by the biggest manufacturer in the world was showing this was the service due and required
Booked the car in via Web site for a oil service
Collection and delivery of the car from a very local address was charged at an extra 25 pounds which is unheard-of when having your car serviced when the labour rates for this brand are the highest in the UK !
Called by dealer to say service completed and cost was 100% more than the price provided by email from the dealer before booking
Extra work completed pollen filter with no authorisation being provided from me
Advised wiper blades needed replacement on a car that had only covered 1000 miles from new seems like they telling me I need to replace my all of the wiper blades every 1000 miles
I have driven my car in all different weather conditions and had no concerns with the safe operation of the vehicles wipers so at miss for replacements
Report sent to me saying front and rear brake are 20% worn on a car with 1000 (what brake pads all round needed to be charged every 5000 miles)
Over all not great customer services experience from the bigger dealer in the UK
The service department is not just there to service your car its way of forming a strong customer experience in your next new car purchasing journey
The only bit that seems to be right was the car was washed
I think that the response will be the standard copy and paste to every poor customer experience review and feedback (keep you posted )
