        absolutely hopeless took a day off work because they scheduled a time to come and repair my brand-new less than three months old laptop that I have spent over 1500 on because the cheap parts used to build this laptop with a high pricetag. luckily, I have purchased three years guarantee with it. first the touchpad stopped working then the camera stopped working, and before that the sound stop working. in all honesty, I wanted to get a Apple Mac, but my friend recommended me and convinced me to go with dell, I truly regret making that decision.

        Absolutely useless sh1tbird service out of warranty assistance from Dell. I have a Top of the range Alienware Laptop (3000) and require a part. No Alienware parts available can I call Dell back in 3 weeks time to see if they have the part then? What kind of service is that? Then I ring back in 3 weeks time and then what? They tell me the same thing? I want to order the part now? Very strange and useless service. I certainly will be very carefully thinking about buying Dell next and you should to!
