I joined Scotts Personal Training just before Christmas 2022 and over the past 20 sessions this year, have had great improvements in my health and well-being as well as starting my weight loss journey. My trainer Jake has been really great on all fronts - fitness as well as diet and helped set routines for me. He has also been really accommodating of my session timetable due to my demanding work schedule. Look forward to continuing my journey!

Have been training here since last November. Very comprehensive first consultation to set up goals and diet with clear explanation of the main factors and the scientific evidence supporting this approach. Training with Jake has been excellent, always assessing technique and movement patterns, and have been able to work around and improve pre existing hip, knee and shoulder issues. Atmosphere in the gym is welcoming and focused, and has made normal public gyms seem extremely depressing by comparison. Would recommend checking it out.

Avoid, don't know what they are doing. Several clients looked like they could be potentially injured through bad training.

I've been training with Jake at Scott's PT Gym for the last 4 months and am so happy with my progress. I started off with a goal to just lose weight, but with Jake's programme and guidance, have realised it's much more than just about losing weight. I've toned up, am much stronger and fitter, and my clothes fit me well again. He's done this mostly through weight training and metabolic exercises. He takes the time to explain why he's chosen each activity, and really focuses on ensuring proper form to avoid injuries. My mood, confidence, and energy levels are much higher, and I've never felt so motivated to eat healthily and stay fit. I do 2 sessions a week and have just recently start doing classes at the local gym as Jake's given me the fitness bug. 2 sessions a week is a bit of a time and financial investment, but you can't really put a price on health and mobility in later years. I'm in my late 30s, work full time, and have 3 children and would never have had the self determination or will power to do it on my own at the gym. Best money spent this year.

Amazing team and an Amazing place!!! My initial consultation was with Scott , and the training plans Scott mentioned are second to none and clearly tailored to suit each individual clients requirements. My personal trainer is Joe , and the thing that sets Joe apart is the level of communication and support he gives you He challenges, motivates and creates workouts that meet all fitness levels. Each session is fun, effective and never the same. Yes I definitely would recommend, Joe is very personable and has shown deep knowledge of nutritional information and anatomy. I was given perfect exercise and nutrition plan! weekly feedback is great - keeps you going! Six weeks so far and I can feel the difference already: better muscle definition and strength .
