        We spoke to a few mortgage advisors, who all told us that we were not able to take out a second residential. However, Mr Kanwar took the time out to understand our situation in depth and explained to us that we were in fact eligible. His vast knowledge and experience assisted us every step of the way and helped us secure our mortgage. He responded to our many queries quickly and in detail so we were aware of every step in our process and what actions we need to take. Due to the stamp duty deadline, we wanted to get our mortgage across the line ahead of the end of June and Mr Kanwar played a huge part in doing so.
