        Disappointed. The earrings I purchased are fake (do not fluoresce under UV light) as amber which is authentic will. I am unable to get a refund because they are earrings. However the expensive (400) ring I purchased last summer is authentic so Amber Centre is unreliable - will not shop again.

        I bought a Christmas present on 12th December, it never arrived, and despite repeated emails and trying to phone, no one has ever got back to me. I had bought several items in the past, but never again. Terrible customer service.

        Do not trust!! Have not received money back for returned items. Although the website states they have a 14 day money back guarantee, you have to request a return by email. Both my email requests went unanswered. There was no reply when I called and their message inbox was full. I posted the items back anyway and have received nothing. Their returns policy appears to be a scam.
