        Really injured knee. ACL, medial meniscus / cartlidge/ arthritis. Seen quickly, plan to strengthen and significantly improved condition after a few weeks.

        Michelle Lai has been wonderful as my post foot-fusion surgery physiotherapist. We had a detailed discussion on our first session about my situation, any limitations from the consultant, and the where ideally I would like to get back to in terms of exercise and physical activity. Michelle has assigned progressively stronger exercises for my foot and core each week which are challenging yet do-able, giving me a good sense of progress and accomplishment. I have been doing the exercises regularly in between visits and the progress in terms of foot strength and walking properly (losing the limp) has been wonderful. Highly recommend Michelle, she's so knowledgeable about bones and muscles, friendly, and a top professional.
