        We chose this professional sounding company based on the fact they had positive reviews on here, what a mistake to make! It was such a stressful few weeks, they were quick to strip off the old flat roof, but then left it with water pouring through for weeks, despite our pleas for them to make it watertight. They dumped all the old roof on the lawn, tiny stones and all and left it there for weeks. Not tidy workers at all as some reviews say. But the worst part was they did not answer calls or messages, we had to resort to ringing from unknown numbers to get him to pick up and then he promised to turn up and never did. There were dry day opportunities to finish the job within those weeks but he never did until in the end our patience ran out and we said we would have to go elsewhere. One year on we had some issues, they have no intention of honouring the '10 year guarantee' they advertise on their website and the final price was more than originally quoted too. All in all, the worst tradesman experience we have ever had, so I would not recommend to anyone. Services: Roof installation, Gutter repairs
