First MOT I've had at Ramsgate. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. All staff were friendly & polite. Would definitely recommend.

I went here recently to book a MOT. I said hello to to the woman sitting in the 'office' she didn't reply and just looked at me. She said speak to him. Which I did. I told him the side door of my van was protruding, and can that be done at the same time. He said the man who does that is on holiday. So I simply asked if I could book it for when he comes back. He then got confrontational/ aggressive and said you're not listening to me. Of course I went somewhere else. ZERO STARS

Honest and transparent mechanics. Tracy was super helpful and tried several options to help. Very hard to find such honest mechanics

If you looking for honest people that is the place. My car was diagnostic free from them and they clearly advice me the problem and best solutions. Nice people

I went to have my car tested for its MOT. No booking to do; just turn up and wait. It was a cold and wet day. The staff were friendly and jocular and the time passed pleasantly. The only slight downside was using the waiting area while the car was tested. Although in the dry, the seating area is cramped and very cold. Contrary to my expectations the car passed at a cost of 54.85. If my cars still running, Ill happily use Rams again next year.
