I returned 2 dresses ( 1 for exchange ) which was honoured , however i'm still waiting for my cash refund or credit on the other dress that was sent back . I have emailed 5 times, with order number etc , and still have not received any response from any email sent . Can anyone from HOM get in touch , please. Reply : No , no emails in junk or inbox have been received at all. I've checked today 7/4/2023 Please email or call me please . Carol

After reading mixed reviews I was a little worried about purchasing from this shop. But I had nothing to worry about. The dress arrived, it was stunning but just didnt sit well on me. I returned it doing as instructions, keeping all labels attached and sent back securely within the day. My refund was sent and back into my bank within a few days. Customer service was also amazing, with confirmation that they had received the dress and was processing the refund. I would for sure keep hunting for that special dress on here as there as so many to choose from! I dont have a Google account so using my husbands ! But just wanted to post my positive experience as too many post negative. Thank you Katie x

Extremely shocking customer care and service completely Messed my partner around with a Return . Coming back to her with any reason as to where she should of sent it and why they cannot accept it back. Really really poor stay clear of these after threaten with trading standards still not fazed! Save your self the hassle not worth it, This response below isnt true what so ever the item my partner bought was over 160 youve left us with no option but to contact trading standards now. We will continue to leave comment on your social media until you respond accordingly and refund. I suggest you refund and stop playing games saying its the wrong address for returns when its your business address so you dont refund in time. Disgusting service
