I enlisted the help of A. Galla funeral services in February 2023 after looking for a local funeral director to assist with arrangements for my dad's funeral. From first phone call Artur was knowledgeable, polite and compassionate and thoroughly explained the process. Magda (front of house/office) similarly treated us with the upmost compassion and respect. My dad was impeccably dressed for the funeral, everything arrived on time, the flowers we purchased through them exceeded our expectations and on the day itself Artur and his team were consummate professionals. I cannot adequately express how brilliant these guys are. The farewell they organised for my dear wife Anna was perfect in every way. Artur and Magdalena were from start to finish friendly, helpful, and ready to please. They made me feel as if I was their only customer! Their rates are incredibly reasonable considering the level of personal service you get. The celebrant they introduced me to, Victoria, was simply wonderful. Exceptional service I cant thank A.Galla Funeral Directors enough for making such a painful time much easier. Professional and helpful from the very first phone call. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped me with all the paperwork, explained every step of the way and patiently answered all my questions. A.Galla Funeral Directors look after my loved one with the greatest of care and they ensured the funeral ceremony was done with dignity and respect. I also appreciate A.Galla Funeral Directors for arranging repatriation so my husband wish to be buried in his homeland was granted. I thoroughly recommend the A.Galla Funeral Directors. Words can not express how much i appreciate what Artur and his team did. My father passed away recently and we engaged Artur to handle the funeral. Artur is an exceptionally polite, personable and friendly person who made the whole process as painless as it could be. Everything was arranged as we'd asked and Artur kept us in the loop at all times. The day itself, s painful as it was, was as smooth as it possibly could and everyone was so kind and thoughtful. A death is obviously a traumatic time but having Artur and his team handle the funeral is definitely one weight off the mind. Truly grateful for everything they did.
