I hired this company for house renovation that included knocking chimneys, walls, flooring, new kitchen and decorations. Initially it was fine as I still had to pay. Once I paid, there was a sudden drop in service. I have 5 years guarantee on the work and supplier guarantee for material but within few months, things starting falling apart. There were cracks in the walls, ceilings, kitchen cabinet started deteriorating and also laminated floor started bending. When I complained, they did the survey and agree that they will repair any cracks and replace floor. But then I have been chasing them for over 7 months to do what they have committed, every time they give me a new date and then no one turn up on that day. When I call again, I get another date and this is happening for last 7 months. They only sent a painter couple of weeks ago to fix cracks but nothing else was done. During work, they have also missing few work items that were part of the contract and included in the price, e.g. fixing original floor before laminated floor and carpet. All kitchen cabinets are not aligned and they used filler everywhere in the ceiling as they made holes for spot lights too big initially. They were so careless during work and messed up with my decking during work so much that they had to use pressure washer to clean it after work that removed all paint from the decking. I still have to paint it at my own expense. Wasim will constantly lie about everything and use un-trained labor. I am now taking legal action against them as I had enough chasing. This company is the worst--absolutely no professionalism, the lowest quality work, utterly unqualified workers. Wasim is a dishonest crook--he opens and closes companies (see Companies House) whenever too many adverse claims/reviews arise, he then shuts down and starts over). Essentially, they pay completely unqualified workers (without proper certifications or tools) to conduct the work, the supposed foreman is literally never onsite, they build in violation of municipal regulations, and the work is subpar if not awful as confirmed from multiple professionals hired to fix the problems since. When issues with any of the work are raised, they say it's because they haven't finished that part of the construction yet (though the given part was clearly presented as finished). Eventually, they takes your money and the workers will stop showing up. Then, they will claim that any unfinished or unsatisfactory work is not the company's fault or responsibility for multiple reasons. Their own workers remarked on multiple occasions of how they go unpaid, are treated poorly (and illegally), and how many other similarly dissatisfied clients they encounter on a regular basis. This company ought to be brought under investigation. Stay away.
