        Absolutely horrible company! I wish I could give zero stars. Our lift has been broken for a month (for the zillionth time) and they cant sort anything out, not even send an update about when anyone would show up to fix it. I wonder how they get away as they get serious amounts of money.

        Absolute shambles of a company. If you are reading this review avoid this company at all costs!! DO NOT USE THEM. I have just moved into a new build apartment and the lift has broken down 3 times in the space of 7 weeks. No one answers the phone. If you are a building firm, AVOID THEM. If you are a potential client AVOID THEM. Bottom line... AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY CAN NOT INSTALL OR RUN LIFTS.

        They have left a lift out of order in my apartment block for over a month, the lift has an alarm that goes off every few minutes day and night, which is driving everyone mad. Is this even legal?
