Jo was super helpful! I've been to 4 other "packageless" evri stores that are advertising services they don't provide, with Jo knowing straight away and guiding me through the process.

Beware if you have a Large EVRi Parcel, they will refuse to accept it. I had a large EVRi Parcel to send, but it was still 20cm and 5KG under the limits + completely acceptable. The guy working the till completely refused to accept it no matter how much I argued about the fact it is within the size EVRi says he must accept. I wasted a good hour of my day because of this, including 20 minutes walking each way carrying a 10KG large box, still have my parcel and will now have to waste time contacting EVRI to arrange a different means of sending this, at my own expense. If this is your local parcel shop and the parcel is big, don't waste your time taking it here.

Poor customer service from the lady working at that shop. I asked her help with returning the parcels to Amazon and she was too busy ordering food to help me! The Everi machine wasnt working and I asked her if she can restart it. She asked me to come back tomorrow. She ignored me for the entire time while serving other customers but being on the phone! I wont return to that shop again!!
