        Very small amount of new cars on show! 4 to be precise! Disappointed is an understatement. The model I wanted to look at wasnt on show there were only to of the range models.

        Chris and Joe were brilliant throughout the whole sales process and I am delighted with my new Karoq. Trade in and deal / payments all very transparent and I was kept informed throughout the process. Handover was excellent and I would definitely recommend the team at Citygate.

        Not really impressed! Had my car here for the day for a major service and trabsmission/4wd fluids change the staff at the front desk were very helpful, however, never saw the service advisor nobody called to update on the vehicle I had to personally call and chase twice went to collect, and again no trace of this magical service advisor
