Must be reported to the government to disengage them from registering new projects for help to buy or otherwise! Ive purchased a home in one of Barratts projects in london. I can genuinely say this company is fraudulent and the sales team are certified crooks. The pictures of the properties do not reflect the actual property, the notion of high ceiling is falsified, Ive heard stories of burst pipes and leaking ceilings on multiple locations within newbuilds and another horror stories. This company should be shut down and its managers put to a governmental enquiry as to the way they handle sales, customer service and authenticity of facts. I myself is going to sue them in 2023 once I move on to the shelter they call home and ensure to do all I can to punish them for the arrogance and deceitfulness. Every single person let down by Barratt to do the same! All the bad reviews here are unfortunately authentic and just. I do not believe anyone would give Barratt good reviews no matter how much effort they put into anyones case as the overall experience is the rotten and deceitful one.

I myself is going to sue them in 2023 once I move on to the shelter they call home and ensure to do all I can to punish them for the arrogance and deceitfulness. Every single person let down by Barratt to do the same!
