Mustafa Houssain could not have been more helpful. I went into the branch to ask if they had any 7 seaters which they didn't have any and on the website only had xtrails which wasn't what I was looking for. Then the week later out of no where mustafa had called me to say one had came in and did I want to view it to whixh was a Renault. I hadn't looked at these before or even considered a Renault and I loved it. But over all the customer service was what made me want the car even more because I haven't had that in any of multiple car garages that I had been into. It made me want to find the money to spend more and get the car I have now got. I cannot thank Mustafa enough for all of his help. X

I just purchased my second car through Ancaster Group in Dartford and the experience was very good. I would like to personally thank Mustafa who went above and beyond with his helpful demeanor and was incredibly supportive throughout. He knew the car completely and was very supportive on my test drive. Would thoroughly recommend!
