Keith oversaw a barn conversion for us some time ago, from planning and construction to completion. He recently helped to add a garage extension to this. In 2018 Keith Churchill of Ondesign helped my young family out of a jam. My growing girls were sharing bunk beds and the rest of the house was bursting at the seams. Consultations with other building professionals had resulted in schemes that werent really suitable and we had wasted a lot of time and money over the years. Keith Churchill spent a lot of time listening to what we needed then advised us regarding all of the options available to us (which no one had done before) and then, rather than slavishly follow our instructions, came up with an imaginative and bold scheme that not only looked good, it also met the practical needs of the family. Keith project managed the planning application and build at every stage through to building regs approval. His experience, calm professional manner and excellent communications made the project a lot less stressful than it otherwise might have been, and, as a result, we have a wonderful new home and lockdown has definitely been more bearable than it ever could have been in the old house.
