After having issues with Sky helpline getting my viewing card setup, my engineer Jack called me yesterday evening to check was ok and then again the following day to make sure it was working. Sky had failed to get me set up and fobbed me off, so Jack took it upon himself to sort himself and he did it immediately. I cant rate Jack highly enough, was a top lad and very cheerful when fitting my sky and went way above and beyond than he had to to help get me up and running!

Had Jack Letchford over today to set up my Sky box. He came with everything needed so that the installation went very smooth and went through everything we needed to know.

Had Sky Q installed by Community Vision & Jack. Great communications prior to arrival, we had the usual whole day slot from Sky. Jack messaged the day before with an hour slot window and called precisely at the start of the window to say he was just parking and if we were ok for him to come in. Very professional and courteous service during installation.
