Location is stunning! Don't like the fact you have to leave after your slot, even if it's just to lie down longer.. and there's no one around, i think one should be given that discretion

Amazing, little spa in tranquil settings. Had a wonderfully relaxing, yet therapeutic massage. Therapist Natalie was very professional and client orientated. We will definitely come again.

The spa facilities and welcoming / friendliness of staff was second to none. That's why I'm giving a 5 star review because afterwards, I felt very relaxed and happy with the overall experience, as did my friend who I went with. John was great, the lady at reception instantly made us feel at ease with our chocolate shot which was a nice touch. Also, the tour was nice as it often doesn't happen. The views are lovely and we enjoyed the outdoor pools very much, even if the weather wasn't on our side. I also nearly fell asleep in the slumber room. The only "issues" (although as I said, it was a great time) was with afternoon tea. We'd booked afternoon tea mid way through our spa afternoon and loved the dining area. The staff were polite and friendly. Prior to the tea, we had filled out our health forms and dietary needs, I had put that I was vegetarian and my friend had also added this to the notes. When we sat down we were given menus for the drinks, which I found a little strange as with an afternoon tea, or all the afternoon teas I've had, the waiter/waitress often just asks what hot drink - tea or coffee you would like with your afternoon tea? So then we asked for clarification that the tea was included in the afternoon tea (which it was). I then double checked with the waitress that I was going to receive a vegetarian afternoon tea. The waitress seemed confused and went to go and check, 5 minutes later another waitress came out and was really apologetic about the misunderstanding and asked us if we needed anything else. There hadn't been any misunderstanding though, I just wanted to check that the afternoon tea was vegetarian and it came really quick and was delicious. Like there were no issues with it at all. We had a refill of tea and all was fine. After that, we ordered mocktails and they took quite a while to get to us and there seemed to be a lot of staff at that point stood talking. However, we are aware that there was the other dining section so it may have been busy. Finally, when we came to pay for our mocktails the lady at the front desk said our bill was around 50. We were shocked, the lady listed off our mocktails but on top of that there was prosecco and tea? We said we had mocktails and afternoon tea but again wanted to clarify that the tea was included. Obviously, it was just a mistake and we paid for what we had, the lady was absolutely great and there were no issues. We really enjoyed our experience and would visit again. Thanks.
