Dropped in to have my looked at after a rear end shunt. Sorted out there and then. Fantastic couple, brilliant service. Have used them in the past and will certainly do again.

I have to be a bodyshops worst nightmare; a perfectionist with a 48 year old Classic car that is a bit like triggers broom. Neil and Kate are absolutely the right people to trust with your pride and joy. Nothing ever runs smoothly with a car of this age and customer expectations for enthusiasts are always high. Neil absolutely understands this and that a job has to be done properly. Challenges of working with a highly modified body and subsequent snagging were dealt with honestly, efficiently and without question including identification and rectification of additional work to achieve the expected result within the agreed budget. Working with a small local business that is in demand, is confidence boosting but can often mean that timings can be difficult to manage. However, Kate runs an efficient back office and will go the extra mile to fit work in at short notice. Ive no hesitation in recommending Mirror Image, if only all businesses were like this.
