Echo every sentiment from Geoff's review a couple of years ago. Never had an issue with the female staff, but the guy clearly has some sort of chip on his shoulder. Completely and unnecessarily rude. Shrugs at a problem and gives attitude and a tone when asked a simple question. A total misunderstanding of how customer service is supposed to work. Editing to reply to the reply. You can't reason with the devil, but I'll just say that there's Phil as well as Geoff. And now me. What's the common denominator, mate? The reason for my reaction had nothing to do with price and everything to do with the attitude received upon asking about a printer. It was a simple question, asked politely. You'll disagree, everyone else will see the growing list of complaints. The continued and lengthy replies to my review tell you everything you need to know. This is a frustrated, overqualified, confrontational busy body who loves nothing more than to cause and engage in arguments. Edited to remove false accusations as that was over the top.
