        Took my 5 month old puppy for a tidy up and a full bath. She was shown pictures of how I wanted him and explained just a trim on his long areas. She then proceeded to get out clippers and shave right down his back!! Cut was terrible and extremely uneven. My mother in law had to hold him whilst she was working as he would not stop crying. He then didnt even get a bath but instead was sponged down with cold water. My dog was so good with being brushed and an angel at the groomers and now when he sees a brush he cries and runs away. Extremely upsetting would NOT recommend
