Really good agency to work for. From the start and registration process I was spoken to politely and treated with respect. Communication at all levels is very clear but at the same time feels casual and natural. Hayley and Ruby have excellent people skills unlike other driver recruiters these days where you come across people with no manners. Always honest and tried to find something else when shifts got canceled at short notice. Happy to be part of it! Im normally based on Container work and would recommend. It looks like the customer is happy with Rapid Rec, so that got positive Impact on me as a driver.
