        AVOID this estate agent. I have just lost my sale due to the property O'onnor Bowden marketed which had no building regulations in place! I have good reason to believe they had full knowledge of this before marketing the property. I wouldn't even give them 1-star, they are utterly soulless individuals.

        AVOID! I would put zero stars if I could. Moved into a flat without working ventilation (and no opening windows). They told me it wasn't an urgent matter even though I was severely unwell within a week. Appalling service, they hung up on me twice, didn't refund me the rent I was due after moving out of the flat which was inhabitable!

        Would put zero stars if I could. Would not advise anyone to sign a tenancy with this agency. No response to emails so any issues will not be dealt with and if its not for their financial benefit, they arent interested! If you havent committed yourself to a tenancy already, I would strongly urge you to go no further. By far my worst rental experience, failing to respond to anything. I just hope the landlords realise they are paying this agency for zero service.
